Terms and Conditions for the EnableUs Community

1. Introduction
Welcome to the EnableUs Community, operated by Enable Us Pty Ltd (ACN 667 451 014) (“EnableUs”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or signing up for the EnableUs Community (“the Community”), you (“the Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your participation in the Community and your access to the services we provide through it.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for or participating in the Community, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should refrain from accessing the Community. EnableUs reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting to our website or community portal. Your continued participation in the Community will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Community Access and Participation
• The Community is designed to provide clients with resources, guidance, and networking opportunities regarding NDIS registration and industry-related education.
• You agree to participate in a respectful manner and to refrain from inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behaviour towards other members or staff.
• EnableUs reserves the right to revoke your access to the Community at any time if we deem your conduct to violate these Terms or the purpose of the Community.


4. Cancellation Policy
• As a member of the EnableUs Community, you have the right to cancel your membership at any time, for any reason.
• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, your access to online resources will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that date, access will be terminated, and you will not be charged for the following month.
• Any fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in a specific service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property
• All content provided within the Community, including but not limited to guides, webinars, articles, and support materials, is the intellectual property of EnableUs and is protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share such materials without our prior written consent.


6. Limitation of Liability
• EnableUs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, as to the operation of the Community or the information, content, or materials included.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnableUs will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Community or participation in its activities, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.


7. Privacy
• Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, available on our website, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


8. Governing Law
• These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
